It was a good day yesterday. An offer for some additional freelance work via people I've really enjoyed working with thus far. An email heralding the birth of the son of a dear friend I have known since seventh grade (welcome to the world, Nathaniel!). A very good day at the café. And a $40 tax rebate check arrived in the mail.

Today's my dad's birthday. I told you November was a birthday clusterf***. :)
