five thousand shades of blue
Thursday, March 07, 2002
The weather today has been tumultuous, varying between great big clumps of fluffly white snow falling either vertically or at a 45 degree angle, to bright, clear sunshine, causing ethereal-looking steam to rise from the glass awnings at the
bus station. The snow's not sticking, but groups of people continue to sporadically gather on the sidewalk just staring upwards into the clouds. I, however, am immune to its seemingly hypnotic spell, because all I can think is
it shouldn't be snowing in March in Eugene.
Why shouldn't the weather be prone to mood swings? To indecision? We all are, at times.
is
this just not enough…?
