To: inconsiderate smokers who park in the same parking garage I do
CC: people who feel the need to marinate in perfume / after shave, but not so much

If you must insist on polluting the air everywhere you go, please be sure to take the open staircase down the two flights to the street, because elevators have really truly awful ventilation systems and you will make it stinky and unbreathable for HOURS afterward.

Unless you're in a wheelchair, in which case, put your damn cigarette out for thirty seconds or so. Or lighten up on the personal fragrance. As the case may be.
