I'm a Scorpio, born in 1970. I'm an artist and a Mac fiend, though I have managed to learn to speak enough Windoze to get by. I am occasionally possessed on weekends by a Mongolian woman who really likes carnelian, coral and turquoise pretties, and to design and paint scrolls.
I have lived in three different states within the last ten years. I have friends all over the place, mostly through the magic of the internet, and have corresponded with my favourite authors.
I work more than I would like to and don't spend enough time on the truly important things. I have managed to lose almost 50 pounds since mid-January, maybe 5 or so more, thanks to the Atkins diet. I despise the sense of entitlement that some people have. I wish I could find every friend I ever had and throw a great big party.
I have made a concerted effort to be more open and less self-conscious and shy. I have learned to be more outspoken and to stand up for what I believe in. I believe that God/Goddess/Deity/Universal Consciousness is too big for one religion and that there is no One True Way. I believe that love is blind… to color, to gender, to class. I believe that how you live is more important than who you pray to, or if you pray to anyone.
