A continuous recommendation on my site since it first went live probably in '95 or so has been Scott's Page of Evil. Sadly I came to discover that the site went poof and no mirror was to be found (the only thing Google returned with was, for the most part, pages listing the defunct URL. (I thought I was bad at updating my links page. Sheesh.)
Flash forward to late May, 2003. I open my email, unsuspectingly. And I find that someone named Cathy B. has forwarded this link to me: Archive.org's archive of Scott's Page of Evil! After so many years it is still frikkin' hilarious. (Me, I'm going to make a little copy for myself.) {slaps forehead} I frankly don't know why I never thought to check this site. Anyway, thanks a bunch, Cathy B. You totally made my day.
Want cool fonts? Font Face is an awesome site for free- and shareware fonts.
Blogger and imood help keep this site crescent fresh.
The Onion is the best place for totally funked-up news.
Jonathan Cainer's Daily Horoscope otherwise known as That Scary Cainer Dude. Also rockingly awesome is Yasmin Boland's Moon Meditations.
Other pages by me (or maybe not): Hometown. University. Mentor. Cats. Café. Milk & Cheese. Nick Rhodes.
The Barony of Adiantum is the branch of the SCA that I am involved with.
Eugene, OR, where I call home.
Strangers in Paradise, the website. Those of you unfamiliar with this amazing comic by Terry Moore really need to get yourself to this website. There's a reason Katchoo and Francine are on my computer's desktop more often than not.
The Lurker's Guide to Babylon 5 I'm not ashamed to say that this show's better than Trek. Read synopses on Season 1, Season 2, Season 3, Season 4 and Season 5. Then watch — Sci Fi Channel, in letterbox, or now out on DVD (Season 1 & 2; 3 coming in August.)
Chez Mark's Picks Cream-of-the-crop Mac shareware and freeware programs culled weekly from new uploads to the Info Mac Archives. He doesn't seem to have a Classic page anymore, but still a great site.
Urban Legends If you really want to know the in-depth meaning of "American Pie". (I gotta admit, it's pretty cool.)
The Great God Contest! an oldie but a goodie (and still quite live!), serves to illustrate the futility of the age old argument, "My God is better than your God!"
